Jeffrey Kearney, Vancouver, B.C.
Although Jeffrey has a rather eclectic background, most of his career has been spent as a highly successful team leader and project manager. His most recent position was Vice-President of Production at Radical Entertainment, a Vancouver video game production company, where he was also a co-owner. There he was responsible for 125+ people with 12 direct reports who were charged with running project teams. He has a fascination with team building and the people side of business and has become an expert in this area. In 2002, largely due to Jeffrey’s influence, Radical was named the Best Place to Work in BC and one of Canada's 50 Best Run Privately Owned Companies. In 2003 Jeffrey left the corporate environment to establish his own practice as a business coach and mentor.

Jim Rosemary – Seattle, WA
Jim Rosemary has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. He spent 14 years with the Sony Corporation and rose to the position of National Training Manager. He has been a full time entrepreneur since 1993. Eight years ago he founded New Tech Web, a website design and development company that focuses on helping small businesses create effective online marketing. His burning passion is sharing his experience and knowledge with salespeople and small-business people to help them become more successful.
