Andrew Barber-Starkey, Master Certified Coach
North Vancouver, British Columbia
Andrew Barber-Starkey is one of Canada's most successful and highly paid Executive Coaches. He has coached dozens of rapid-grown entrepreneurs and millionaires, including multimillionaire T. Harv Eker (best-selling author of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind). However, his proudest accomplishment is the success achieved by the 4000+ "ordinary" small business owners he has coached.
Always a high achiever, Andrew's varied background includes an honors Diploma of Hotel Management Technology from British Columbia Institute of Technology, a highly successful sales career with Xerox Canada and a number of other corporations and being Canada's top ranked Hang Glider pilot. He began coaching business owners in 1993 and in 1999, he earned the rare distinction of Master Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
After many years of supporting entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals to achieve their goals, Andrew began to realize that many of the traditional approaches to success were ineffective. This led him to develop a coaching system that combines a simple, step-by-step methodology with a high level of support including group seminars and private coaching. The ProCoach Success System consistently enables small business owners and sales people to double their income, double their time off, and double their rate of progress toward financial freedom in three years or less.
Andrew feels fortunate to be doing creative work that he is passionate about, that serves others' well being, and that is in alignment with his greatest strengths and highest values. He lives in North Vancouver with his wife and young daughter.

Lynn Thomson
Cochrane, Alberta
Lynn's first career was in the field of education, teaching for 12 years in secondary schools throughout Alberta. From these young minds, she learned the power of asking questions, the desire to always know more, and the need to function in a positive, accepting atmosphere.
For the past 23 years, Lynn has owned and operated a retail business in Cochrane. Her store, Old & Crafty, specializes in an eclectic mix of antiques, crafts and giftware. Operating on a largely consignment basis, the store has stimulated Lynn to create unique systems of tracking inventory, sales, and suppliers. The experiences gained in owning and operating a business, in raising a family, in playing an active role in the community, and in pursuing ongoing personal and professional development, make Lynn exceptionally adept at helping clients establish priorities and create balance in their lives.
Recently Lynn has achieved a goal to which many in ProCoach aspire. She has stepped away from the day-to-day operation of her store, yet it continues to provide her with steady income. This passive income has given her the freedom to pursue her passion of coaching, and she is currently studying with The Coach Training Institute. Lynn focuses on helping clients get clear on their intentions. She then guides them in designing an action plan that incorporates the necessary steps to attract both the business and personal results they desire.
